Buddha Equity Fund (the “Fund”) seeks capital appreciation through active investment both growth and value companies that have potential for significant price appreciation over short- and long-term. The Fund aims to innovate the companies that appreciate the value with lower downside risk, either via growth in equity price or quarterly dividends. The Fund invests in diversified portfolio of small-cap, mid-cap and large-cap companies of various industrial sectors. The Fund will invest only in the US based public companies that exchange in one of the US national exchanges. The Fund’s primary shareholders are Nepali communities in the USA.
