When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

For the purpose of providing professional services, we may need to collect your personal informtaionm such as your name and address, date of birth, social security numeber, investment objectives and experiences, employment information, financial circumstances and any such information or document that our standard client personal information form may require. We may also collect information from the credit bureaus for the purpose of checking credit reports, custodians, broker/dealers and other companies as required.

We use these information to provide our professional services, such as establishing investment account with the broker/dealer, managing assets, preparing financial plan and other advisory service. We may disclose the information to third parties as permitted by law, including the broker/dealers, custodians or other companies used to provide services to you.  From time to time, we may be required to give information about our business to regulatory authorities.  This may include personal information about you.  We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Let us confirm you that, we will safeguard any personal information in highly confidential manner. These disclosures will also be agreed upon our advisory contract when you signs with us prior to obtaining service from us.

How we protect your data

We safely store your personal information in our secure database that are highly protected with firewall and other security measures to guard against thefts or hacking. Nevertheless, we cannot 100% guaranty that your personal information may not be hacked or stollen at all given the fact of increasing cyber security threats. If such incident occured, we will take necessary steps to safeguard the information and will inform the law-enforcement authorities and collaborate with them for legal action against the thieves/hackers.

Our Registration as an Investment Advisor

Even though Titanhub Capital Management LLC and any of its associates are fully registered with a regulatory authority and authorized to perform investment advisory services in compliance with existing laws, the registration and/or licensing in itself does not imply an endorsement by any regulatory authority, nor does it imply a certain level of skill or training on the part of Titanhub Capital Management LLC or any of its associated person. You will be served with our current Brochure (Form ADV Part 2A) prior to signing a contract and then obtaining investment/financial advisory service from us.
